LBSS, you hear about this book through defranco? He often remarks how all the stretching techniques he learned were from the Fredricks.
Adarq, have you ever tried the rectoris femoris/psoas stretch kelly baggett recommends?
Welcome to my world. This week I skipped a couple workouts because I literally didn't have time in the day to eat. Ironically my Sunday journal entry was about how much more I've been eating lately. Musical rehearsals at school shot that down. I'm hardly home right now.
: WEAK!
OK , i've had it with being lazy , i will launch an all out attack:
- more reactive work
- more cardio
- more abs
- more stretching
WTF , its waiting there , GO GET IT!
you can find the article on www.athleticscoaching.ca
I don't know if you're aware of it, but another myth "from the elders" about eggs is that the "evil, intoxicating thing" in the egg yolk is a half-inch "whiteish" color "thing" somewhere in the yolk... if you boil an egg and then crack it, you can see that in the middle of the yolk more often than not.
It's 9:59. Leaving work now.
he's the first to show up & the last to leave, that LBSS is a hard worker.

This will all be worth it if A) I get a decent raise at the end of the year and B) I get an ass-kicking recommendation from my boss for whatever job and/or grad school I apply to next.
What do you want to study at grad school?
You should see the hours my brother works, it is ridiculous.
LOL , yes , it happens all the time to me , especially when i do my upper body split that has 7 exercises.
This week i had the exact opposite thing happen , i started 11lbs heavier than i wanted to. And i was "WTF , why am i so weak?". Turns out i benched 3x8 with a weight i was only able to do 6 reps for 1 set last time.
